Our bottomless brunch is one for the foodies. It’s served with free-flowing wine or Prosecco – and with four courses to sample, you won’t leave hungry.

The menu is designed to share. It’s a perfect date activity for two, but also works for groups of all sizes. Our team are also happy to swap in vegetarian dishes and alternatives.

Our brunches are available on Saturday and Sunday every week, as well as some bank holidays.

Up first

It’s sushi to start, with a guest favourite on the menu: our Spicy Tuna Maki roll. Our sushi is freshly handmade by our chefs, and the perfect way to start your brunch.

We’ll also serve up salmon sashimi and the perfect bite to start your meal – our Wagyu Nigiri. A slice of British olive-fed Wagyu is blowtorched with a pinch of wasabi, for a flavourful start to your brunch.

 

Flesh & Buns classics

Our Korean Chicken Wings are a must-order dish on the menu, with sour-spicy sauce and sesame.

Salty edamame will wake up your taste buds, and our Corn Tempura is another guest fave.

 

The main event

There’s nothing better than building your own steamy bao buns, exactly how you like them. There’s a choice of four Flesh & Buns platters for your main course.

One firm favourite is our Crispy Piglet Belly, served with a homemade mustard miso sauce, apple pickle and carrot pickle. You can also enjoy the crunch of buttermilk marinated Japanese Fried Chicken, served with rocoto chilli BBQ mayo and carrot pickle.

For the ultimate indulgence we recommend Crispy Duck Leg, shredded at table and served with plum sauce and beetroot and cucumber pickles.

The final choice is our Miso Grilled Aubergine. Sweet miso and sesame pack a punch of flavour, with carrot and cucumber pickle on the side.

Our favourite thing to do is order a mixture of mains for the table and each try a little of everything – Izakaya-style.

Room for dessert?

Raise a toast to a successful brunch over our Toast-Your-Own S’mores. We’ll bring you a table top fire to roast your marshmallow, which you can then sandwich between homemade crackers and rich dark chocolate.
