Start with light bites – a selection of our Maki rolls and some edamame. Next up is some of our favourite small plates including Korean Fried Chicken Wings; sour and a little spicy, these will get you nicely warmed up! Plus, try our crispy ponzu sprouts for a re-imagination of the classic Christmas veg and piglet yaki, fresh from the robata grill.
The main event

For the main event, our famous Hirata buns will take centre stage (similar to bao buns!). Choose between Smoked Pork Rib, Crispy Duck Leg, Salmon Teriyaki, or a brand-new dish on the menu; Angry Chicken. It’s a spicy, succulent chicken dish for those unafraid of a little heat. They’re all served with our freshly steamed, fluffy buns and pickles – why not each choose a different dish and share so everyone gets a taste of everything?
